The most devoted followers of the franchise can play Squirdle, a new Wordle-like game with a Pokémon theme. Players in Squirdle begin by speculating on a Pokémon name. Players can figure out the daily Pokémon by using a line of hints that the game spews out. It will let them know if it's the appropriate generation and type, showing a green square for an accurate estimate. Players can also see if the monster they predicted is bigger and heavier than the real one.
HOW TO PLAY
You have eight chances to identify the Pokémon, or to "catch" it as Squirdle puts it. Your attempts must all be valid Pokémon names, which may contain any combination of letters.
After selecting the preferred game mode, you can start speculating as soon as you enter Squirdle's website.
Simply start entering your best guess by clicking on the typing box designated by the text "Pokémon Name." A drop-down menu with pertinent Pokémon names will appear.
From this list, choose the pertinent Pokémon, then click Send.
This will display details about the response that are relevant to your guess. Up till you find the solution, go over the steps above again.
